Easter Hat Parade and Eggs-hibition
On April 1st, a special day for Easter events, we will be having an Easter Hat Parade.
The PTFA will be hosting coffee, tea, cakes and a raffle in the hall from 2pm and the Easter Hat Parade will take place at 2.30pm.
The Easter Hats will be made in school on the day, please provide a hat for your child by Friday 26th March which they will decorate for the parade. We are also going to have an eggs-hibition of models made from eggs with ‘egg’ in the title. This year there is a theme for each year group:-
Year R – Sea Creatures
Year 1 – Mini Beasts
Year 2 – Animals
Year 3 – Prehistoric Monsters
Year 4 – Pop Stars
All entries should be made from hard boiled eggs and brought into the school hall on the morning of Thursday 1st April. Any one attending the Easter celebrations will also be able to view this eggs-hibition where judging and prize giving will take place. Please make sure your child takes their eggs-hibits home with them so we don’t come back after Easter to a very unpleasant smelling school!!!
You need a hat to bring into school to decorate in your own style!
